Electrical Engineer

Position Location: Cave Creek, AZ

Job Duties:
     1. Plan and execute the end-to-end product development process by incorporating concept and schematic design to prototyping, validation, and production release.
     2. Develop and refine testing and measurement methodologies to improve consistency, repeatability, and performance verification standards.
     3. Prepare technical documentation and coordinate communication with U.S.-based and overseas engineering teams and suppliers to support design validation, R&D activities, customer requirements, and production alignment.
     4. TRAVEL: Unanticipated domestic travel within the United States to approximately 1-3 times per year for attending industry exhibitions, technical meetings, and perform on-site product support or repairs as needed. Unanticipated international travel, 2-3 times a year, to Sakarya, Turkey to conduct engineering testing and approval.


Job Requirements:
Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or closely related. Employer will accept foreign degree if in the same field.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3 months of experience in job offered, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Intern, or closely related.

Special skills requirements:

     1. Knowledge of simulation and analysis tools such as LTspice, Proteus, and MATLAB/Simulink for validation of analog, power, and control systems.

     2. Knowledge of testing and troubleshooting methods through use of oscilloscopes, signal generators, and/or precision measurement instruments.

     3. Knowledge of overcurrent, overvoltage, and thermal protection techniques to ensure design validation and system safety.

     4. Coordinate multidisciplinary research and development (R&D) projects, prepare detailed technical reports, and communicate project progress and results to supervisors and management.
