Location: On-Site (Cave Creek / North Phoenix)
Job Type: Full-Time/ Starting Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00+ per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detailed and quality-oriented Circuit Board Assembler to join our production team assembling printed circuit boards for high-end audio equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for manually placing and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to provided assembly documents and instructions and inspecting completed assemblies for accuracy and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Electronics degree or equivalent work experience highly preferred. Must be familiar with basic electronic components (resistors, capacitors, transistors, etc.) and be able to identify part types and values. Hand soldering experience preferred. Knowledge of related IPC standards and/or IPC certifications a plus. Knowledge of audio amplifiers and audio electronics is also a plus.
